The City of Allentown, PA is preparing for an LED retrofit and enlisted the assistance of Troy & Banks throughout the process.

In response to Troy & Banks’ audits, the City of Buffalo has recovered and saved over $2,900,000 to date.

Troy & Banks conducted a forensic utility and telecommunication audit for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Over $3,500,000 has previously been secured for the PANYNJ.

Refunds and savings of over $533,000 discovered.

Over $1 million recovered for the City of Buffalo in response to street light overcharges.

Troy & Banks' audit resulted in excess of $300,000 in overall savings and refunds.
