BUFFALO, N.Y. – Superior Group has contracted with Troy & Banks, Inc. to review past bills for overcharges. Utility and telecommunications to be included in the audit include: electric, gas, water/sewer, local phone, and long distance phone. The statute of limitations in the State of New York will allow Troy & Banks, Inc. to go back up to six years to recover overcharges.
