Energy and telecom consulting firm has saved clients over $100 million
BUFFALO, N.Y. – The State of Connecticut Office of Policy and Management has selected Troy & Banks to conduct a cost recovery audit of energy utility bills for Executive Branch agencies
“The state’s contract with Troy & Banks will focus on identifying inappropriate or erroneous energy utility bill charges, as well as recovering any refunds identified and authorized for collection,” said Raymond Wilson, Director of Energy Research and Policy Development. “This represents a move forward in Connecticut’s efforts to reduce spending as well as save energy in state government buildings.
